At Built for Athletes™, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.

Ship the Gear

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records until the return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
